Gypsum Plaster

This is the remains of an old bag of Gypsum Plaster purchased by Bossons.

As you can see, the Gypsum used by Bossons was obtained from 'British Gypsum Limited'. The word below is  'Newark', and word above is 'Special',

I'm not sure whether Bossons had a 'Special' mix prepared just for their own use.   

More samples of the Gypsum Plaster bags, with some old and now rock solid samples of the original Gypsum used for manufacturing Bossons. 

This picture was taken January 2003 at the Bossons Factory and shows a pile of Gypsum plaster bags that was are still there over 6 years after the closure of the site. At this time the complete factory still remained derelict and unused.
